Agreement
By using Opinions.Fan (https://www.opinions.fan), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Opinions.Fan is operated from the United States.
The service
Opinions.Fan provides free football fan features: match predictions, Hero and Scapegoat voting, rankings, and optional prediction contests with gift card prizes. The current contest is the World Cup Challenge. The service is not gambling and does not involve real-money wagering.
Free to play
- No purchase, deposit, or payment is required to enter or win.
- We do not operate a wallet or accept money from users.
- Prizes are promotional digital gift cards, subject to availability.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- One account per person. Duplicate or automated accounts may be disqualified.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or challenge rules.
World Cup Challenge & prizes
Prize rules, eligibility, and contest mechanics are defined in the challenge rules, which are incorporated into these terms. Summary:
- 5 weekly winners × $20 gift cards; one $500 Grand Prize winner.
- You must be 18+ and located in an eligible region (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, and Europe (EU, EEA, Switzerland, and other participating European countries where permitted by local law)).
- Email verification is required before any gift card payout.
- Winners are selected by leaderboard rank and tie-breakers — not manual picking.
- We may substitute an equivalent-value gift card if a brand is unavailable in your region.
- Fraud-flagged or ineligible accounts cannot receive prizes.
- Void where prohibited by local law. Gift card brands and redemption may vary by country.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempt to manipulate rankings, votes, or contest standings.
- Harass other users or submit unlawful content.
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Team names, logos, and match data may belong to third parties. Opinions.Fan's brand, design, and original content remain our property.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" for entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect data accuracy, or that prizes will be available in every country. Match data is sourced from third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opinions.Fan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero, because the service is free.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or modify the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access for violations.
